Romeo, bengali movie starring Dev to have the title song that cost 50 lacs!!

After Khokababu from SDH, Dev will be back with another bug budget video song in his next film Romeo. Thre film is directed by Sujit Mondol. Choregraphed again by Baba Yadav it will be the hoghest budhet bengali music video till date.

This video, costing `50 lacs, is shot in the studios in Mumbai with using Motion Control Cameras, first time in Tollywood. We have seen the functions of this camera in the end of the song "Bachna Ae Haseeno" title track while Ranbir Kapoor is changing his shirts. And here in this music video a multiple Dev will be seen.
The music for the video is Composed & Sung by Jeet Ganguly & the lyrics goes like this
"Lady killer Romeo, Pakka playboy Romeo, 
Flirting master Romeo, Sunday dilam Sheila ke, Monday dilam Mona ke"
 The movie will have other song sequences which will be shooted in South Africa. But the Tollywood heartthrob is definitely going to blow the teen minds this year with Romeo.

The story synopsis of the movie is as follows


Megh Chatterjee (JEET), having recently lost his father, had been compelled to return from USA to take over the reins of his father’s Real Estate Business. Though known as a playboy amongst the ‘Page3’ crowd he frequented, he was, actually, a mischievous, whimsical and impulsive little boy at heart- always up to some trick or the other. His grandmother was aware of his mischievous streak and indulged him thoroughly.
One fine day, Megh happens to spot Mita (PRIYANKA TRIVEDI) on the road. A beautiful young girl, her face suffused in the flowers that she was buying. To Megh, it was love at first sight. Almost bewitched and in a trance, Megh follows Mita to her home. Before he can approach her, she enters her apartment and shuts the door on her face. On her door-step, Megh discovers a letter that says that a new Oriya servant would be soon joining the household. Megh’s mischievous streak comes to the fore and in an attempt to get closer to the woman of his dreams, he disguises himself as an Oriya servant and joins Mita’s household as Priyo, the servant.
Mita, in the meanwhile, lives on her own with her 8 yr old nephew Tinga (ARITRO). A few years ago, Mita had lost her only relative in this world, her sister Meena, in an accident. Luckily, Tinga had survived and it fell upon Mita to abandon her studies in Bangalore, return back to Kolkata to look after her only nephew, Tinga.
Luckily, she manages to find a job for herself in Roy & Roy Constructions. But it becomes very difficult for her to hold on to her job as Tinga is very naughty and demanding and she is at her wits end thinking of ways and means to control Tinga. Fortunately, her friend Jita’s aunt promises to send an accomplished Oriya servant who would not only cater to all of Tinga’s needs but also look after the entire household. Mita is ecstatic to see Megh, impersonating as Priyo, at her doorstep. She warmly welcomes him.
Soon enough Megh takes over the entire household, even manages to curb Tinga’s over enthusiasm by becoming partners in crime. He also strikes a deal with the real ‘Priyo’ (who arrives a day later & whom they name ‘Goju’ (KANCHAN MALLICK)) to take care of the entire household while he and Tinga make merry.
Unfortunately for Megh, he is unaware that Mita is working in his own company. When he discovers Mita in his office, he panics and does his best to hide his identity from her. Mita is slightly confused. Megh seems familiar to her but she cannot place him. For whenever she met Megh in her house, he would be in his Oriya disguise. Thus starts a game of hide-n-seek with Megh doing his best to carry off his disguise, sometimes successfully, sometimes not- thereby creating hilarious situations.
But, one day, Mita discovers his secret. And then? What happens after that?

The synopsis of the movie is as follows


Urochoti Super is a unique story of a bus conductor and the super bus itself. Nakul , the conductor of Urochoti Super is obsessed with the bus and almost in love with it. The story takes a u turn when the bus runs over an innocent village boy named Ananta. The owner of the bus, who incidentally is also the local leader from the leading political party, wants to rub off the accident fearing its negative impact on the forthcoming election and hides the bus inside a nearby jungle. Moyna, Ananta’s wife does not want to let the matter go so easily and meets Nakul in the jungle Bajranad, a passionate teacher of mathematics also meets Nakul in the jungle because he needs the bus to run in front of his school. As the story unfolds the exploitation of the political parties in remote villages starts coming out in a comical packaging. Nakul and Moyna falls in love with each other and Bajranad motivates the villagers to stand against the exploitation of the political leaders.
The entire film depicts beautiful landscape of remote Bengal villages and the colourful and peaceful life of it.

DoT to monitor Social Networking sites in India

After banning file hosting sites in India, DoT (Department of Telecom) has added a new operation to perform. This time, after receiving a letter from MHA they are going to monitor the Tweets & Status Updates (Includes the Friends only posts also) of people. According to Minister of State Milind Deora, MHA asked to do so in order to "strengthen the cyber security paraphernalia".

But one thing can be easily asked that how will this so much data can be scanned. A govt. official said that this step is almost a waste of money. He also added that if there is evidence, then specific Tweets or Posts can be monitored. And this "every post monitoring can also be harassing for the general public.
Already some Facebook and Twitter content is under NTRO surveillance. Deora told Parliament: “Telecom service providers provide facilities for lawful interception/monitoring of communication flowing via ough their network including communications from social networking sites.”

Now what for you?? Each private talks you have with your near one's in Facebook might be read by someone else other that you. How that feels!! If someone is performing criminal activities or somethign this type then it is good to monitor, but for the general public to be brought under the same monitoring process is not a good idea. Is the thing called "PRIVACY" all gone from Indian internet users???

The story synopsis is as follows

The grand old mansions of ‘Calcutta’ are being razed to the ground to make way for swank condominiums, malls and multiplexes. Some of these dilapidated ‘disputed’ buildings were haunted by ghosts who had taken shelter over centuries. They were evicted and are homeless today. There is no ‘rehabilitation package’ on offer. Politicians, media, intellectuals, civic society - no one gives a damn. After all , ghosts can’t vote.


Chowdhuribari is one such heritage property which is rented out for film shoots to facilitate its maintenance. A heroine faints during a shooting, allegedly sighting a ghost in a mirror. A filmmaker on a reconnaissance trip to the building gets to hear of a spooky story revolving around the house. But is it just a tall tale or is there a twist in the ‘tail’?


Song & dance, drama, romance, action and even an item number, BHOOTER BHOBISHYOT has all the Filmi Masala as well as some food for thought.
